11 whole years? For Serious?

11 Years of Memories in the Making... 

 

It is hard to believe that 11 years ago after the Villanova vs St. Joe's basketball game my freshman year in college, I decided to ask out the guy who was my best friend at college at that time. Who would have thought that he would continue dating this crazy girl and then propose on September 30, 2006, and then get married on October 26, 2007 and have two babies toddlers by now. I have to say that I wouldn't want it any other way! Over the past 11 years we have seen each other at our best moments and also our worst.

 

I am so blessed as I have said a million times, and I truly mean it- it's not to make you all go "why is she so mushy", but it is the truth- I found my Prince Charming, married him and have my girls with him. He is my best friend and there is no one in this world I would rather share my life with.

 

Over the years we are lucky that the love and support that we have given each other has truly strengthened the bond we share. This past year especially has shown me that no matter how hard life can or may be, or how bad I want to sit in that corner and cry like I mentioned last week because your kids are truly testing your patience, he will always be there- with the love and support I need.

 

I am so grateful that even though we have always had a great relationship we are also such great friends that we made other memories in the process...

Happy 11 years of being my best friend Andrew! I know it isn't our wedding anniversary, this will always be a day that we celebrate for the rest of our lives!
