"Look into your heart and you'll find love, love, love"

I chose a different title for today's post rather than the standard "Happy Valentine's Day!" because I have a lot of single readers and friends and even if you don't have a valentine in the form of a boyfriend or girlfriend, you can be your own valentine by looking in your heart to find love (see also I love Jason Mraz).

Because you are all my lovies- I consider you all my valentines.....YES I know I have the hubs and the girls hehe, but I have very loyal readers as well and you deserve to be recognized! Your love and dedication to reading my ramblings is greatly appreciated! You all are so patient! How do you do it? Can you throw some patience this mama's way? hehe :)

Anyways, I am sharing a photo op with you all today because I have deprived you all of seeing the girls, and because I finally figured out how I can watermark them without making the picture look horrific.

I truly love Valentine's Day- I know there are some skeptics out there, but please know in your hearts that if you truly want love, it is out there for you. I say this because quite a few of you have emailed me with "your husband sounds amazing...or how did you find him...or does love still exist". And truth be told when you are feeling slightly "less-loved" you can always pop on over here and laugh with or at me, whichever you prefer lol.

So this Valentine's Day we are heading to breakfast with my lovely grandma- aka GiGi to the princesses, and then heading back to Costco because silly me forgot to pick up the little items (let's be serious big items...there isn't one damn little item in all of Costco other than their food samples), for this evening's 3 course Valentine's Day dinner...that is- if the husband actually makes it home...otherwise I'm inviting my mom over hehe! I already have chilled champagne, so I don't want this planned meal going down the trash can.

And if those plans fall through, then the hubs and I will be doing a FAMILY Valentine's date this weekend with the girls as we already planned, since the hubs wants to take all of his Valentines out :)

So your top left photo is the princesses (growing up faster than I can blink my eyes- with many thanks to Aunt Christelle for the ensembles and to Aunt Nah Nah and Bob (what the girls call my MIL- long story) for getting this photo done), the top right photo is the SIMPLEST fudge you could ever make and it is DELISH! I found it obviously on Pinterest and its one can of strawberry frosting mixed with one bag of melted white chocolate chips and then refrigerated until set. Let me tell you- prepare your tastebuds for awesomeness! The bottom left photo are the valentine cookies that Kelsey made with me and she was extremely proud of them, as well she should be! The bottom right photo are the homemade valentines that Julianna, Kelsey & I spent an entire morning creating for everyone because let's be serious...who doesn't love a homemade Valentine?!?

That's what we have for Valentine's Day 2013. I hope yours is a special one no matter what! And if you do not have a valentine this year- go grab a bottle of bubbly for yourself (yes an entire bottle- everyone is entitled to it today for sure) and a great comedy and just relax for you are loved, loved, loved.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!! XOXOXOX
